• Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or installation

• Customized or made-to-order wooden products

• Items without original packaging

• Products purchased during clearance sale or special promotions

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

• The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment

5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers may opt for:

• A replacement product (subject to availability), or

• A full refund

6. Shipping Charges

•  Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our    error (wrong or damaged product).

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

We ship all over India and try to get the best rates for our customers. Orders placed Monday through Saturday IST will be processed on the same or following business day and will be shipped within two business days of order placement if the product(s) is(are) in inventory in our warehouse. If you want to inquire about the delivery time of a product, do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order. Our shipping charges varies as per the order value and delivery location.
